Babyliss Foil Shavers
-
Every BaBylissPRO foil shaver we carry, from compact single foils for detail work to double foils for full head shaves and bald fades. Choose the foil type first, then the line that matches your clipper and trimmer.
Single foil or double foil?
- Double foil covers more skin on every pass, so it is faster on full head shaves and bald fades.
- Single foil gives you more control around the hairline, the ears and beard lines.

Which BaBylissPRO foil shaver should I buy?
For one shaver that handles most work, start with COREFX. If you already run FXONE, Tomb45 or LO-PROFX clippers, the matching shaver keeps your station consistent. For a side-by-side comparison with Andis, Wahl and JRL, read our guide to the best foil shavers for barbers.
Foil shaver FAQ
Do I need to cut the hair down first?
Yes. Foil shavers do not cut long hair. Take the area down with a clipper or trimmer, then finish with the foil.
Are BaBylissPRO foils hypoallergenic?
The COREFX, UVFOIL, LO-PROFX Compact and Tomb45 shavers all list hypoallergenic foils, which are kinder to clients who get razor bumps or burn.
When should I replace the foil and cutter?
When the shaver starts pulling, missing hairs or running hot on the skin. In a busy shop that comes sooner than at home, so keep a spare at your station.
