Taper blade or fade blade?
This one has the taper blade. JRL sells a separate 3000C with a fade blade for skin fades and smooth blends.
Can I use it abroad?
Yes, it is dual voltage. The adapter has a U.S. plug, so you may need a plug adapter outside the U.S.
