  • 03Your account shows the products and prices set for your shop. Larger orders get a written quote first.
  • 04We confirm stock with our supplier before you're charged. We don't offer net terms at this time.

Who can open a business account?

Barbershops and grooming businesses buying tools and supplies for their own team, including shops that are about to open. We aren't opening reseller or distributor accounts at this time.

What prices will I see?

Signed in, you see the price set for your account. For now that is the listed price on most tools, because some brands set minimum advertised prices. Larger orders get a written quote.

How do I pay? Do you offer terms?

You pay from a secure Shopify invoice after we confirm stock. We don't offer net terms at this time.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment, and tracking is emailed when they ship. Orders from different brands can ship in separate boxes. Salon furniture ships by freight and is quote-only.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email your order number and photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Otherwise all sales are final, because clippers and shavers are hygiene-critical tools. Machines carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you file a claim.

Do business accounts pay sales tax?

Tools and supplies bought for use in your shop are taxable. Tax is calculated at checkout or on your invoice.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, free of charge while the order hasn't been fulfilled. Quotes can be declined any time before you pay the invoice.
