Processing Times

Standard order processing takes 3-4 business days before your order ships. Once it ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $99 - this applies to clippers, trimmers, and shavers. For orders under $99, standard rates are calculated and shown at checkout. Expedited shipping options and rates are also available at checkout.

Salon Furniture & Large Equipment (Freight)

Salon furniture and large equipment (barber chairs, styling stations, spa equipment) ship by freight. Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery. Freight rates are quoted at checkout and the $99 free shipping threshold does not apply to freight items.

B-Way Products

B-Way products are fulfilled by a separate partner and always ship separately from the rest of your order, with their own shipping charge (shown at checkout) and their own tracking number - even when ordered together with other items. The $99 free shipping threshold does not apply to B-Way products.

Multiple Packages

Multi-brand orders may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
