All Sales Are Final

At Modern Barber Supply, our top priority is to guarantee the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products. Given the nature of the barbering and grooming industry, all sales are final. Once a product departs from our warehouse, its purity and sanitation become critical. To ensure every product delivered to our customers meets the highest hygiene standards, we do not restock items, preventing any chance of cross-contamination.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes situations change and you might need to cancel an order. Please be informed that you can only cancel an order before it reaches the fulfillment stage. Once an order is being processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled. This ensures swift delivery to our valued customers.

Case-by-Case Consideration

While our policies are firm, we also understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Every return or refund request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. In the rare instances where a return is considered, be advised that there might be a restocking fee associated with the return. This fee helps cover the administrative and processing costs of handling returned items.

Refunds Process

For the unusual cases where a refund is authorized, the refund amount will only be processed upon our receipt and subsequent inspection of the returned product. This examination ensures that the product's condition is consistent with the declared reason for its return.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Your peace of mind matters to us. That's why all our machines are backed with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged or malfunctioning product, there's no need to return it to us. Instead, directly contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase receipt, and they will facilitate the replacement as per the warranty's provisions.
